We Know Restaurants is a brand of its parent company, LFG Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). These terms govern your use of our services. By using our website or signing a proposal, you agree to them. Your signed proposal sets the specific scope and pricing for your project; if anything here conflicts with your proposal, your proposal controls.
What we do
We design, build, host, and manage custom websites and related tools (such as online ordering, reservations, and catering features) for restaurants and caterers. Your specific deliverables are described in your proposal.
Fees & billing
Our Complete plan is $200 per month, or $150 per month billed annually (one payment of $1,800 per year), which includes your website, hosting, online ordering and reservations, local SEO, and ongoing support. It's billed when you sign up and recurs each billing period until you cancel. Custom plans are quoted in your proposal; any one-time setup on a Custom build is billed as a deposit to begin the build, with the balance due at launch. Online ordering runs through your own payment account — we take no commission and charge no platform fee.
Your plan payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we don't store your full card details. By providing a payment method you authorize these recurring charges.
Refunds & cancellation
You're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within 30 days of going live, we'll refund your most recent monthly payment. There's no long-term contract — you may cancel your monthly plan anytime with 30 days' notice, and your hosted site and managed services end at the close of the notice period. You keep your own content, brand assets, and domain, and we'll help you transition them out.
Monthly plan fees already charged are non-refundable, and setup deposits are non-refundable once the build has started, as they cover work already underway. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@weknowrestaurants.com and we'll make it right.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content and information we need to build your site, to keep your account details accurate, and to confirm that you have the rights to any materials you give us (logos, photos, menus, text). You're responsible for the accuracy of your menus, prices, and hours.
Ownership
You own your brand, your content, and your domain. While your plan is active you have full use of the website and tools we build and operate for you. Specific ownership and handoff details for your project are spelled out in your proposal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend service for misuse or non-payment.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
We work hard to build a site you're proud of, but services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific results, such as search rankings or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and notify clients of significant changes.
