Refund & Cancellation Policy

We Know Restaurants is a brand of its parent company, LFG Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our plans and services. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Billing & the 30-day guarantee

Our Complete plan is $200 per month, or $150 per month billed annually (one payment of $1,800 per year), billed when you sign up and recurring each billing period until you cancel. 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy within your first 30 days of going live, contact us and we'll refund your most recent charge. After that window, fees already charged are non-refundable, since you keep full use of the service for the period you paid for. There's no long-term contract — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and your site and managed services stay live and supported through the end of that notice period.

Custom builds & deposits

Complete has no setup fee. For Custom builds, any one-time setup is billed as a deposit to begin the build, with the balance due at launch. Deposits are refundable before we start the build; once work has started, deposits are non-refundable because they cover work already underway. If you cancel before launch, you're only responsible for work completed to that point.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an incorrect amount — contact us within 14 days at hello@weknowrestaurants.com and we'll review it promptly and refund any charge made in error.

How refunds are issued

Plan payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
