Information we collect
Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, business details, and the content you share to build your site (menus, photos, logos, hours, and similar materials).
Payment information — plan payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Square). We don't see or store your full card number; our processor handles it under their own security and privacy terms.
Usage information — basic technical data (like log and device information) and cookies needed to keep you logged in and to operate the site.
How we use it
To design, build, host, and manage your website and tools; to communicate with you about your project and account; to process payments; and to improve our services. We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number, you may receive service text messages — order, waitlist, and reservation updates from the restaurant you're interacting with, and one-time login codes for your account. Message frequency varies by your activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above through our messaging provider (Twilio).
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — including Square (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), and our hosting provider — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate your account. We don't use them to sell your data.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated to clients directly.
