SMS / Text Messaging Program

We Know Restaurants (an LFG Ventures LLC company) provides ordering, waitlist, and reservation software to restaurants. This page describes our text-messaging program and how recipients consent to receive messages.

How recipients opt in

All opt-in happens through a web form. A person provides their own mobile number and agrees to receive texts at one of these points:

• Online ordering checkout — a diner placing an order for pickup/delivery.
• Join the waitlist — a diner adding themselves to a restaurant's waitlist.
• Reservations — a diner booking a table.
• Owner signup / login — a restaurant owner creating or accessing their account.

Directly beside the phone-number field, each form shows this consent language:

“By continuing you agree to receive [order / waitlist / reservation / account] updates by text. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Privacy Policy.”

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages & samples

We send transactional messages only — no marketing to purchased lists. Examples:

• “The Corner Booth: your order #ORD-13645 is ready for pickup. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “The Corner Booth: your table is ready — please come to the host stand. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
• “Your We Know Restaurants login code is 481920. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Frequency, rates, STOP & HELP

Message frequency varies with your activity (for example, one message when your order is ready). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@weknowrestaurants.com.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
